Just some more thoughts on this.
If it was mine, I'd put windows back on the primary MBR, think you can
do this with the windows CD "fixmbr".
Then I'd put Fedora's grub on the secondary MBR, either unplug the
primary HD or disable it in bios.
That way each OS can boot it self, means you have a bit more
flexability to change drivers around if needed.
You can leave bios to boot the secondary HD and configure grub to boot
windows.
You'll need to change the existing grub entry though HD0 needs to be
"mapped" to HD1 and HD1 has to be mapped to HD0
Like this,
title XP
rootnoverify (hd1,0)
map (hd0) (hd1)
map (hd1) (hd0)
chainloader +1
Although windows is on the primary, changing bios to boot the secondary
confuses windows, makes it think it's on the secondary.
