Ok the screen you get is normal. I get it when I install via FTP also.
If your usisng an NVIDIA video card select safe install. You will
then get the yast1 install box like the directions state.
130.207.108.134 is the IP for the Athens GA mirror and the directory is
/pub/suse/suse/i386/current(or 8.2)
