3 Newbie Questions

Hello NG,

I've changed from Windows to Suse8.2, and I really like it, but I've three
Newbie Questions which I can't solve myself:

1.I've installed and configured pure-ftpd but now I've the user I defined
always on my Login-screen. What I really dislike!
2.How do the Autostart work under SuSE 8.2?
There is no more init.d file but a folder?
3.How can I open a green colored, transparent terminal?
wterm -tr -bg green or wterm -bg green -tr -> is just a transparent terminal
wterm -bg green -> Just a green terminal
