I have a dual boot PC running windows XP and Suse 8.2. I have Mozilla
1.4 successfully running on both platforms and have imported my address
book from Outlook in XP to Mozilla 1.4 in XP. I now wish to transfer the
address book across platforms i.e. from XP to Linux. How would I best do
this. Also is it possible to follow a similar process to move my large
collection of Internet Explorer "favorites" which are in folders into
Linux Mozilla Bookmarks?
Incidentally having unsuccessfully struggled with Mandrake 9.1 (various
glitches), been disappointed at Redhat 9's lack of handling of NTFS and
experienced some lesser problems with Suse 8.1 (mainly centred around
getting my Nvidia card to work properly) I have been delighted with the
Suse 8.2 install which readily coped with my 3 hard disks (two NTFS and
one for Linux formatted Fat32). DVD/CDROM and separate CD burner (it was
a fiddle in 8.1 to get the lattere right and co-operating with my
soundcard).
