You can:

Buy it;

Find someone who has a copy and either borrow it and copy it, or give
them some blank CDs so they can copy it for you;

Install via FTP as "hhpols" said.

Anything else is contrary to the license and therefore illegal in most
places.

If you do find anywhere on the Internet you can download it from you
should not trust it, as it is unofficial and you cannot tell that it
does not contain trojans.

If you don't like SuSE's policy about downloading ISOs there are
numerous other distros available.
