Do you have an icon that looks like a clip board just underneath this window on
your menu bar at the bottom? If so, you have Actions Enabled checked.
Right-click on this icon and uncheck the actions enabled. If that is (and I
believe it is) the cause if that window popping up, it will get rid of it.
