Yes. I can hook up without changing any settings on the remote box. I
just delete the gateway entry (192.168.0.1) and plug the cable into the
DSL box and it works. So, the dial up on kinternet works from that
machine correctly. And I can and do hook up from my box to the internet
as well! I can't seem to hook up through my box using masquerading..
Next, I'll go up stairs and check the log on that machine to see what the
details of the PADI/PADO handshake are....
Thanks everybody. Don't give up! "We'll" figure this thing out.
I'll check the logs on both machines and get back here in a couple hours.
