1. suse ftp server is very busy, "cannot log in" answere is the ussual case,
just try again, but the better way is to use a mirror
2. go with a brower on a ftp server and find the directory where the tree
of packages to install resides; you have to type this directory in
there is no drive:\directory\file model under linux, you must use:
servername, or IP address and partitionname (like /dev/hda1)
and /directory/file in the next window
you have to read something to get partition names, but the generally
begin with /dev/hd, a is first disk, b second ..., 1 is first partition on
this disk, 2 second and so on.
