Hello NG
Have installed SUSe 8.2 with a dual boot with WinME.
Everything works fine except this big headache. I can't get anything
to download from the Internet. If this was Windows I could take this
to bits and rebuild it, but with Suse its a very steep learning curve.
Mainly bcause of the lack of knowledge as to what files control what.
Any good recommended reference books??
I know I definately connect using my ISDN card but on asking for the
connection to be checked the nameservers supposedly aren't correct.
I'm told this after a period of time, around 5 minutes.
Certainly the DNS numbers are correct. So why is it I can connect but
nothing will download? All help gratefully received,
Cheers
Graham
