I have receintly got my video capure card to work with several
appliations on my SuSE 8.2 machine. such as effectv, hasciicam
gnomemeeting.....
I would like to be able to use the output of effectv and use that as a
video source for other applications. (such as gnomemeeting).
I found that effectv has an option to write output to a "vloopback"
file, but I can't find a way to access this files as a device the same
way I would /dev/video0 (or whatever)
Can someone please help clarify vloopback and how I might be able to
make use of it?
Thanks
John
