    Hello,

My 9.0 runs perfectly, except for the following problem: few applications
under KDE need about one minute to launch! One of these is KDE Help Center
(which I still use pretty often :-))), another one is FreeCiv client. When I
click on them or launch them from console, it takes much TOO LONG for them
to show up. All the other applications launch immediately (Konqueror, Kmail,
    Pan, OpenOffice, games etc.)

Therefore it looks very strange to me. Is there any directory where these
applications store their logfiles so I could analyze them? Any other advice
    or similar experience?

    Thank you, Tihomir
