help-center takes forever to load

Hi all

When I click on SuSE help-center it appears to load for about 30 seconds
(i.e. a button appears on the taskbar with a turning hour-glass). The
button disappears and nothing seems to happen. Suddenly, long after I've
forgotten I launched it in the first place (about 3 minutes ;) the
help-center pops up on the desktop and seems to work fine. Can anyone
explain this long delay and what I can do to fix it?
