Try this site: http://www.interguru.com/mailconv.htm

They do email address book conversions. Maybe they can't do one
direct, but I bet they could do an intermediate one.

This service will convert e-mail address lists between Eudora alias
files, Pine address books, Elm address files, Pegasus address files (
Europe and USA ) address files, databases and spreadsheets Compuserve,
Spry, Lotus cc:Mail, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Internet Mail, ldif
formatted file, Netscape address books Mac AOL, T-Online , and Claris
Emailer. If you are a Windows user searching for an easy to use
address conversion utility for a very small cost - check out our
Partner Site described below.

Windows Users - Looking for a fast, simple and low cost solution to
contact information conversion challenges?

Address Magic Personal Edition can offer you a much smoother
conversion in a Windows environment than the InterGuru service
described below. Because Address Magic focuses only on Windows (unlike
my more generalized service), it can use special methods built into
Windows. The result is that it supports all contact fields and it can
work with complex environments like Outlook, Exchange Server, and
Lotus Notes. For corporate migration projects, also take a look at
Address Magic Enterprise Edition.

Emailchemy is a utility that helps you regain ownership of your email.
Emailchemy reads email from the proprietary formats of the most
popular (and many of yesterday's forgotton) email applications and
converts it to a standard, portable format that any application can
use.

The primary idea behind Emailchemy was to convert all the various
proprietary email formats to The One True E-mail Format - RFC-822
(recently updated to RFC-2822, but we'll still refer to it as RFC-822
to avoid confusion). This is the official Internet/ARPAnet standard
for email that has been around since 1973. However, Emailchemy was
built with a “pluggable” architecture that allows it to easily convert
to other formats as well.

Things you can do with Emailchemy:
Convert email to standard formats
Repair or clean mailbox files
Remove proprietary extensions from mailbox files
Condense/split email files and archives
Prepare email for entry into a database
Make older email Year 2000 compliant
Supported Email Formats

Emailchemy currently can read the email files and mailboxes from:
Claris Emailer 1.x for Macintosh
Claris Emailer 2.x for Macintosh
Entourage
Eudora
Mac OS X Mail
Mozilla
Mulberry
Neoplanet
Netscape
Opera 4, 5, 6 & 7
Outlook Express 4 and 5 for Macintosh
Outlook Express 4, 5 & 6 for Windows
Outlook Express 5 for UNIX/Solaris
PowerTalk/AOCE for Macintosh
QuickMail Pro for Macintosh
QuickMail Pro for Windows
Yahoo! Mail
any UNIX-style (RFC-822) mailbox

Emailchemy currently can rewrite any of the above formats into:
RFC-822 mailboxes (the only official Internet standard, also known as
"mbox" or "UNIX-style")
Folders of individual RFC-822 email files (.txt or .eml files)
Comma-separated value files (.csv files)
Variations of the RFC-822 mailboxes that are directly usable by:
Mac OS X Mail (aka "Mail.app")
Eudora
Mozilla (including Netscape and Thunderbird)

System Requirements

Emailchemy runs on:
All Mac OS X versions 10.1.3 or higher ("Puma", "Jaguar", and
"Panther").
Windows, Linux, Solaris, or UNIX with Java version 1.3.1 or higher.
Get the latest version of Java from http://java.sun.com/getjava.

The above sites have links to other mail conversion sites and software
as well.

Hope this helps.
