You seem to forget that ALL criminal charges brought against Microsoft
were initiated during Republican administrations.

Similarly, During the Clinton years, executives at Enron, Global Crossing,
K-mart, etc. were allowed to rape the shareholders equity...and NOTHING
was done.

Only when Bush came into office were these matters investigated and
the prosecutorial ball set rolling.

Don't give me that "'Republicans are overly friendly with business
and Democrats protect the little guy" CRAP...the reason that tax code
is so complex (and allows so many "special exemptions" for certain
businesses is because... DEMOCRAT CONGRESSES PUT THEM IN THE TAX CODE.
