Your header (above) still has -0800 in it. Is your time zone correctly
set to CST? (In a terminal window run "date" without the quotes, and
see what time zone it reports.) If you see CST, then my guess is that
your isp has a problem. If it *doesn't* show CST, you can run:

   tzselect

in a terminal and select the proper time zone.

One way to avoid this (if you don't dual-boot to Windows) is to set
your hardware clock to UTC time. Then, when you have the right time
zone selected your computer will show you local time. If you *do*
dual boot to Windows, this may cause problems in Windows. Your call
whether this is important or not; personally, I've run with hardware
clock on UTC for quite some time now, but then I haven't run any form
of Windows on this machine in close to four years . . . :-)
