Simple question as a hint to help you understand: Who owns files on a
filesystem like FAT where, by design, there isn't any information about
ownerships?

AFAIK this only happens when you hotplug your reader a second time, while it
is still registered as an active device. I experienced, that the
hotplug-service isn't quite that flexible and stable as it surely will be
in one of the next releases.
