sticky mouse in Knoqueror.

when navigating in Konqueror sometimes a directory icon will 'stick' to
the mouse pointer. I'll then have to drop it somewhere and cancel the move.
to test, this works every time; go to a directory. open a text file,
click on a directory in the tree, that directory will then be stuck to
the mouse as if i'd selected the directory and held the mouse button
down to move it.

is this a bug or have i missconfigured something?
