I'm using the Speedstream external modem that SBC provided connected to a
Netgear Router and then to an internal Realtek ethernet adapter. I have
had no problems at all, including with Evolution. I've used Evolution
1.02, 1.08 and now 1.4 all without any problems in connecting to the SBC
email service. I wonder why you're having troubles with Evolution?
