connecting my TV with my PC

Hello,
I am running SUSE 9.0 pro. How can I connect my tv with my pc using a
geforce mx 420 with tv-out. It all works under windows. When enabling
Multihead in Yast2 I get an error that no second device has been detected.
How can I make this work.
