I have SuSE in german so I try to translate and guess the correct notions as
good as I can.
I had the same problem and solved it going to Konqy -> Settings -> Setting
Konqueror -> File Association. Then look for rpm and choose the tab
imbedding and check if "file in imbedded viewer" is chosen.
Btw: I also made good experience installing rpms via bash and not awkwardly
via konqy.
