What is the current situation and outlook regarding SuSE 9.0 and the VIA
KM400 IGP chipset? Has anyone got that combination to work?
The VIA Arena site has drivers for the KM400 under Red Hat 8.0 and 9.0 and
for Mandrake 9.1 as well but nothing for SuSE 9.0. Also, Googling throws up
old queries from people having trouble with the KM400 and SuSE 9.0.
I'd like to use an ASRock K7VM4 motherboard in a low budget upgrade project.
The integrated ProSavage UniChrome 3D video of the KM400 would meet my
minimal requirements in that area. However, I'd prefer to stay with SuSE if
possible.
