I think (actually I know)you are wrong about the legality based on at
least 6 factors
1) if they were illegal Ebay would ban the sellers (this has been going on
long enough for them to notice)
2) if they violated Suse's copyrights Suse would sue (else they'd be out
of business)
3) GNU liscensing allows it
4) the following sites would not be linked on KDE.org for selling KDE
source

  and there are others
5) http://almostfreelinux.com/ which has been in business since 2003
6) all the RedHat fathered distros being sold

Anyone else agree/disagree?
