|Using Mozilla 1.0.1
That is very old (you can update it you know), but on the most recent
Mozilla it's Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Passwords. I don't
think you can change it there, but you can remove it and next time you
fill the form it will ask you if you want to remember the value.
