If you go to Control Center> KDE Components>File Associations and type rpm in
the search box you will be presented with 1 choice of "Application", click on
it and it should then show x-rpm click on it and in the right pane you will
see an Embedding tab, open it and make sure that the "Show file in embedded
viewer" is checked and in the bottom pane there should be one entry titled
"KRPMView (krpmview)"

That should restore the association with konqueror and yast when you click on
an RPM file, I had this prob when first updating to 3.2.
