Yes.. you chose a card that has NO free support... you must look
to Nvidia for support. However, if you just read the instructions,
they are pretty straightforward.

SUSE's upgrade caused your proprietary setup to fail. And that's
SUSE's fault???

Go for it! Btw, you'll need a whole lot more experience if
you're going to move from SUSE to Fedora. I clean up Red Hat
messes all of the time. SUSE has less mess.

My best advice is for you to read and follow Nvidia's very
well worded installation instructions. If that doesn't work
there will be posts in the newsgroups and possibly the SDB
that might help as well.

Not sure what's up with your sound... you really haven't
given us any information to be able to help
out with that.

Not sure what is wrong with CUPS either...

I'd recommend posting fuller information about what version
of SUSE you are using, etc.
