SuSE 9.1?

I have not tried Fedora, but when comparing to Red Hat 9.0.
They both look good and are stable.

+'s for SuSE:
YaST makes system administration much easier.
SaX2 makes video card configuration easier.
YOU (YaST On line Update) is easier for on-line system updates.
SuSE has an easier time reading FAT32 & ntfs file systems.
SuSE works with reiserfs (better than ext3).
Can read Red Hat ext3 partitions (Red Hat has problems reading SuSE's
reiserfs partitions).
AMD64 version has been out for about 6 months (seems pretty stable too
me after replacing a bad SIMM).
Has no problem with built in AC97 audio (Red Hat did).
You have the wonderful people of the SuSE usenet news group to ask
questions of. ;-)

+'s for Red Hat:
can download iso image.
more user friendly names for programs.
better support for ripping mp3's (SuSE stays away from possible
copywrite problems).

F.Y.I. Keep away from the XP beta for the Athlon 64, it will corrupt you
32 bit Windows! and has little driver support!!
