Several years ago I bought SUSE 7.2 and installed it on my old intel 350MHZ
box with a 80 gig hard drive. It is networked with two other windoz
machines.
I just bought SUSE 9, can I load the SUSE 9 on top of the SUSE 7.2 and
retain all of the current programs and settings ( i.e. samba, mail etc ) or
should I wipe the hard drive and load SUSE on a clean drive?

I appreciate any advice
Thanks
