Not only did the /etc directory structure change, the config files all
changed back in SUSE 8.0. I upgraded from 7.2 at that time and eventually
got the mess fixed, but it was less fun than a sharp stick in the eye. X-P
With all the additional changes since then; You don't want to go there.
Save it; Wipe it; Install it; SMILE.
