Sam, what distribution and version of Linux are you working with? I have a
Fujitsu Lifebook 6631C running SuSE Pro 9.0. I had been struggling with
Netgear's HA501 where it would frequently lock up the access point. I purchased
a Proxim Harmony card and it works very well with my Netgear HE102 802.11a
access points. I did not have to compile anything to get running initially. I
did download later drivers to try using the card in turbo mode but no luck. I
opted to stay at the 54Mbps 802.11a provides.
