Apparently reasons 6 and 7 got left off...here's the full list...
1) Minolta 1250W Laser Printer - Not supported at all. (it's a
winprinter so partially my fault but still a frustration)
2) Dlink DSB-C103 webcam - supposedly supported but after numerous
discussions with the author cam still does not work on Suse.
3) NO Webcam recording software for linux such as Aloecam, Webcam
Watcher or ADVANCED LG on windows. [A partial solution was to run
webcam watcher in wine] *Note this is software that records multiple
webcams on the net..not that grabs a jpg and uploads it somewhere*
4) Could not get my samsung x105 phone modem to work with linux to
establish a ppp connection. Works fine with easygprs on windows.
5) It took a major act of God to get my wireless card working in Suse
and even then when I go from place to place and try to use DIFFERENT
essid's it's still a major pain to set them up..in windows the new
essid just shows up and you enter any needed passwords.
6) No yahoo..msn etc voice chat, webcam viewing support. (people are
working on it but it's still not there after all this time)
7) Inability to get my ATI all in wonder Radeon 8500DV to work as a tv
card in linux. (GATOS drivers exist but don't work with suse's default
X setup..it should work out of the box anyway)
