SuSe 9.0 working with a Binatone ADSL 500

I have got my Binatone ADSL 500 (usb adsl modem) working with Mandrake. The
instructions only setout installing instructions for Redhat and Mandrake.
Does anyone know if this modem can be used with 9.0?
Can anyone point me in the right direction.
For me using a router is not an (finacial) option so please do not suggest.
