It's not that complicated. I'm not sure if it is really an Asus card. I
have a Dell wireless card, but that's actually a Broadcom. See
http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/ for details. You may need to use the
Windows XP drivers from this website. In my case I tried to use the Dell
drivers, but failed. After downloading and installing the Broadcom
drivers, everything runs fine now. Just follow the instructions included
with Ndiswrapper.
