If you want to keep all your HD using NTFS, where are you going to install
SuSE? ;-)

In theory it is possible if both programs store their settings on files, and
not on the Windows registry...
You'll have to create a FAT32 partition to have the shared files. FAT32 is
the only filesystem which can be safely written on both Linux and Windows.
