With a 9.1 client, the nfs-shared utf8 encoded filesystem works perfectly.
But I'm not ready to upgrade my 9.0 box now (too much customisation, and
it works perfectly).

Anyway, thanks for the pointer. While reading this list, it seems that
I18N and filenames is a complex problem...(maybe not fully solved yet).
