Mostly, it's reading -- lots and lots of reading! :-) And then, help
from more knowledgeable users, websites, reading through system scripts
until your eyes melt and last, but not least, experimentation. Don't
experiment too heavily on a production box, but 'have at it' on a test
box! :-)
