I have the boxed version bought from Amazon UK, the total of 7 CDs (5
look like installation, 2 probably source code?) are contained in a
multiple folding cardboard holder.

There is no sign of a 14 digit number anywhere!
Not on the CDs, cover, outer box, manuals, or leaflets either.
There is even a little Suse sticker loose inside the box!, but no reg
number?
