The only reason you know about Microsoft $ collecting data about your system
is because you understand that system your comfortable with the Microsoft $
operating system. The only reason you believe that Linux or KDE, is not
collecting data about your system is because you do not know how to monitor
data leaving your system.
The my operating system is better than your one is just bollocks..
They are all just operating system's and they all have their strong points
and weak points. And you simply choose the one that does the work best for
you be it: Microsoft windows, Linux, FreeBSD, AIX, SunOS, and blah blah
blah.
Its just a operating system don't wet your pants.
