Try upgrading your K3b to the latest version. You can grab an RPM for SuSE
9.0 here:

Running programs with Wine is very tricky. There many things you may have to
tweak in order to run it. Read carefully Wine's documentation:

By the way, are you sure you *really* need Photoshop? Have you tried the
latest Gimp?
