Asus P4P800 Deluxe and Suse.

Anyone figure out how to get the VIA 6410 RAID controller on the above
board to work with Suse 9.1?

I'm only interested in getting it to work in standard IDE mode, not as a
RAID device.

I found a kernel patch here:

http://source.robertk.com/ (at the bottom of the page)

but I don't know how to go about using it?
