issue using SUSe 9.1 after kernel update

I updated to the 2.6.5-7.65 kernel with YAST (I did nothing other than just
select all updates that YAST said I needed.)
After the update and a reboot, Vmware workstation will not start as it says
I need to run vmware-update.pl. I run this and get the below.
Using Vmware 4.5.1 on SuSE 9.1.
