SuSE 9.1 and VMware Workstation 4.52 issue
Date: Fri, 2 Jul 2004 07:51:49 -0500
I am using SuSE 9.1 as host and VMware Workstation 4.52 with a Windows XP
guest.
When I try and manage Active Directory from Xp, I generally get a lot of
errors like the RPC service is unavailable, or cannot confirm that this
domain controller is a member of the domain, etc.
I can open Active Directory Users and Computers, but if I search of a user,
then right click on the user and choose reset password, or try and search
for a computer, etc I get the above errors.
Perhaps there is an issue with Workstation blocking some of the network
traffic?
