9.1 - X forwarding issue

No matter what I've tried I can't get X apps on my Sun (Solaris 9) server to
display on SuSE 9.1 "Can't open display" or something like that.

It's not the Sun, I can forward from it to another machine running XP /
CygwinX. I've googled this and tried all kinds of different configs, for
HOURS. It seems like other people have had the problem, but none of the
solutions seem to work for me.

I've added the Sun to xhosts, set DISPLAY on the Sun, took down the
firewall, tried ssh -Y, ssh -X, etc. etc. etc.

If anybody has a suggestion, I'm all ears.
