USB Lexmark Z45 in 9.1?

Has anyone got a Lexmark Z45 USB printer working? It's not on the list of
printers and I see that Lexmark has a development kit so I guess I could
write my own driver ???? (But that's not something I'm looking forward to!)

(P.S. mjt or anyone else, this is kindhornman and I haven't been here in
months as I've moved to a new location....Trying to help a friend out
here..I've now installed 9.1 on 5 different peolpes boxes and one of those
people is now installing it on several machines at different Universities
in Mexico...........It's spreading like cancer :~) )
