This is crazy.
I want to be able to upload my web-files to the webserver directory(s) and
have them work right away.

Currently I'm only allowing local users to access and I have set
local_umask=0777
chown_uploads=YES
chown_username=root
but when uploading the file it will be 002 and owned by the user I logged in
as and thus unreadable in the webbrowser.

What's wrong?!?!
Frustration on a Friday afternoon, don't like that.
