That may well be, but the files were obtained from a mirror of the SuSE site
and I have just checked and find that they're also on the SuSE site under
the supplementary directory. My problem is that the base package depends
on a newer libjasper which is not provided. I found that files elsewhere
but it won't install because it conflicts with the version already loaded.
Unloading that version breaks several packages including ImageMagic and a
number of other applications which depend on it. In other words, what's
there is unusable on my system.
