Hi Mr Ter,
I have found that the taskbar has a few bugs also, on startup of KDE the
splash screen indicator is left on the tray which stops the "system
tray" from showing and there is no right click menu, I have to remove
the taskbar and system tray and then add them again to get them to work
only then will they show the apps that are running, and to get the
right click menu on the taskbar I have to go to either the control
centre and change a setting for the taskbar ( anyone will do while it
re-initialises the bar ) or click on a bar handle and use the configure
panel option in the menu.
However I have not noticed any problems with kmail and my spam filter is
working fine, but that could be down to the fact that I had it
configured before I did the update.
