1. Buy the Pro version. It has great books explaining it all.
2. Start installing and the part where it askes how to boot, see to it
that you choose for floppy
3. Configure your booting thingy what you have to boot SUSE.
No idea what you use to boot now, so no idea how to help you there.
SUSE however is extremely capable to change the MBR in a correct manner
and let you boot whatever you want.
