Well, there could be CD, USB key and the like. Mainly it is, as you
have, either floppy or hard drive. Hard drive is MBR.

I have yet to hear that it to happen, so my first answer would be no.
However nothing is impossible. Remember that you have about the same
risk (or less) when you installed the other OSses to boot from MBR.
