Fair enough but, my post went out before it was determined that the file
was not there. In my case the file IS there, however it has 5 lines of
smiley face ASCII characters in it.
Deleting them, saving the file fixed the problem.

Most times the people around here are waaaaayyy ahead of me in the how to
fix it department!
