Of course! - or the 3rd or the 4th. etc.....
As usual, install Windows first (for simplicity), then install the
Operating System.....

My 160GB seems fine .... unless I'm missing something....
If you are buying a second drive, perhaps better to have Windows on
one drive, and the Operating System on the other.....

Yes, no, no, in that order!

It will read with no problems.
It MIGHT write, but it's a bit iffy on NTFS - don't!
Keep the XP partition as NTFS by all means, but create ANOTHER FAT32
from/to which both OSs can read/write.
